Don't Get Bills Mixed Up

Regarding my recent post about paid sex or sex for pay: "Militant Feminists & Henpecked Male Politicians Push For Harsh Sentences For Payers of Sex," don't let anybody distort my position about this issue, as I was writing about consensual sex between adults only, and would have a different viewpoint altogether if minors were involved.  It's my understanding that at least one bill about prostitution or exploitation has already been signed into law, but was concerning minors (I haven't read it, yet, so taking no position on it, for now), and Pellicciotti may have been involved with that one either this session or last, so these bills shouldn't be confused with each other (there are different bills that would increase penalties for paid sex, even if between adults only, as my post reveals my opposition to that, but only that, and my support for decriminalization of paid sex, generally, with caveats).

Post script:  By the way, it's interesting to note the significantly increased page views of these particular posts about paid sex, so a lot of interest in the 30th District about this issue.
