In order to restore his credibility as a "mainstream" columnist, Bob Roegner must clarify his position on "taking a knee" during the anthem. If his Kaepernickian comments about Puerto Rico were a little tongue-in-cheek, then say so, but for right now, his fast deteriorating but steadfast, loyal followers (which never included myself, of course) are barely hanging on, and I would guess leave him wholesale if Mr. Roegner suddenly established himself as part of the Seattle-esque Left.
I'm giving Roegner the benefit of the doubt, but without some clarification, Federal Wayans, generally, may wonder about his shaky mainstream credentials, and further define his leftist stripes that might come in handy for us once he starts putting in his two cents regarding next year's Greene - Reeves contest. FW Politics will be a thorn in "Rogue-ner's" side for as long as he continues writing for the Mirror.
