"Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."
The same King County Elections Department, that through abject neglect, let some unknown person or persons steal the 9th District U.S. Representative Republican Primary of 2004, i.e., the mysterious missing though never reappeared electronic audit logs of September 14 & 15, 2004, and swept it under the rug, now are going to tell King County that I received 48% of the vote in the Election Day count for Federal Way City Council, Position 1, but in the latter approximately 2/5 of the vote that was counted, that I only received about 44% and Assefa-Dawson about 56%. That defies credulity, and I will be challenging King County's latest election numbers in court, including asking the court to stop the certification of the election temporarily, before this business week is over. It's no longer "if" I will challenge the vote count in court, but how I will prepare the case and exactly when it will be filed.
