I have my slogan for the 2018 State Representative, Position 2 campaign, "A Son of America," as used on yesterday's post title. This will be a reflection of my goal to use all of the influences and inspiration from being a natural-born American, including our nation's traditions, symbols and culture, to keep America first, and seeing to it that our laws and policies reflect that.
Once when speaking to a "green-card" foreigner years ago, that individual had the gall to say to me that America had no culture, a grand falsehood in which I rebutted, of course. Many foreigners in America, today, but not all, come over here without any sense of the real America, but increasingly think of America as some kind of "International Way Station," but when you think of the ever-growing globalist politicians and Big Business magnates that run America these days, there is increasingly less surprise when hearing false concepts and stereotypes of our country.
Today, I have proposed a 28th Amendment to our national constitution that would say only natural-born Americans can be members of Congress, which is only an extension of Article 2, Section 1 that pertains to the eligibility for the office of the presidency, among other matters. [This would not necessarily deny someone born outside the United States from being a member of Congress, since "natural born," under current legal opinion, also means being the child of an American citizen. That should be made clear in the new amendment, which would also help to clarify the Article 2 clause.] The individual states would have to set their own constitutions pertaining to eligibility to the various 50 legislatures, but amending the national constitution first might start a trend for the states.
My opponent in 2018, Kristine Reeves, is American-born, but going by her history, she's a globalist of the first order.
