Sometimes, I may be a little too candid when writing, but I have to admit that this mayoral campaign has gotten off to a bumpy start so far, but it's not easy conducting a working-class campaign for mayor, in other words being oriented towards a working class ethos, and focused on ideas for practical city management & environmental improvement of Federal Way's woodlands, wetlands, and generally. With just the short off-time from work to run a campaign, and having the Establishment trying to trip you up at every step of the way -- it's not easy to pull off, but nothing ventured, nothing gained. If I make the run-off on August 1st, I may try to shorten my work time, or at least rearrange my off-time better. Volunteers are essential. The campaign for the governance of Federal Way is one small step for a better America: "What we do in life echoes in eternity:" ["Now We Are Free."]
