 Judge Coughenour to Hear Case

 

After I wrote about Judge John Coughenour the other day, about how he was fair-minded, and impliedly a no-nonsense judge, he actually was assigned this case, today, believe it or not.  That's good news for justice, and justice may be good for overthrowing the Position 1 F.W. City Council election of November 3, 2015, and instituting a new election in its place.  To put it succinctly, one term - one election.  The summons has yet to be issued, but the sheriff's office is in the very same building as the King County Clerk, I believe, so it shouldn't be later than this week.
