Campaign May Request Re-count in Position 1 Election

Still Haven't Forgotten September Incident

The mainstream media brushed it aside without a moment's notice, if even aware, but I still haven't forgotten that the King County Elections Department inexplicably took my photo off of their website for a few days during the General Election last September.  As a result of that malfeasance, and the oddities 0f 2004 that don't involve Gregoire and Rossi, it makes me skeptical of the vote count involving this election, especially since anyone who follows politics well in King County knows that me and the current Director of Elections, Sherril Huff, have a contentious political history, including as opponents in the 2011 Director of Elections election.  There is no love lost between me and the current Elections Department, even though my Revived Citizens Party endorsed insider Julie Wise for Director on October 21st after Director of Elections challenger, Zack Hudgins, or his campaign, continuously ignored my correspondence that was trying to be favorable to his campaign.

With the election numbers as they are, showing an 899 vote advantage for my opponent, I will at first ask for a re-count by the Elections Department, which I don't expect them to grant, and then I may ask a court  for an injunction that would require a re-count, which Dean Logan's protégé, Sherril Huff, would be obligated to conduct.  The late, great baseball player/manager, Yogi Berra, once said that it's not over until it's over -- he was right.
