The Council Run blog has been getting a healthy couple of thousand or so page views per month, but no comments, yet. Not hard to comment, you just need an "Open ID" source to do so, which basically means an account with one of the bigger social media or e-mail organizations, such as Google, Outlook/Hotmail, Twitter, etc. Comments are moderated, and thereby could take as long as 24 hours to post, but probably a lot shorter time; and only moderated for being on topic and general civility.
