It's amazing how people get their knickers in a twist over President Trump's nickname tomfoolery, one the most entertaining aspects of his presidency. I think I was doing nicknames against political opponents before Trump, actually, as politicians are the least of those for whom a little irreverence should be treated with scorn, after all.
