Apologies mean nothing unless you address the problem. My campaign admitted yesterday that our problem was a lackluster door-to-door campaign thus far, and apologized. Today, I addressed that problem by going back to the door-to-door campaign in a 9-to-5-it's-a-job-like manner, but promptly fell down a rabbit hole. It wasn't quite as dramatic as "Alice In Wonderland," but admittedly got outside the 30th Legislative District a little when passing out fliers (was working close to the boundary), so those 20-or-so households may be wondering how come I'm not on their ballot come July. At least it was a "productivity" mistake, as out of the approximately 2 hours I spent today meeting voters or hanging fliers on door handles when nobody was home, that only accounted for 20 or 25 minutes of it, so I had at least an hour-and-a-half in the 30th District. From now on, I will be looking at the 30th District map a little longer.
