Documents To Be Forwarded to A.G.

Case No.: 15 CV - 01881: Western District of Washington rules call for plaintiffs that are challenging state laws to send initial court documents to the Washington Attorney General, Bob Ferguson, so that will be accomplished, soon.  Ferguson is good on incidental anti-GMO matters, but he's a sidekick of the King County Establishment, and therefore may be going out of his way to help Huff & Wise rather than take a hands-off approach.
