Amended Complaint To Be Filed

Case No.: 15 CV - 01881:  There is an Amended Complaint in the works that will be filed tomorrow.  After reading the case, again, I tightened up some elements of the case so that they would be more easily understood, and perhaps more technically correct.  Also, among other small changes, I worded a phrase in another section differently, so that it would make a little more sense, especially in the grammatical sense.  I don't believe in using all that arcane language in briefs that some lawyers are so fond of.  I think judges appreciate that.
