What the Mirror Left Out About the Forum Dust-up

With Mayor Jim Ferrell and his political aide-de-camp, Chris Truppner, pretty much getting the benefit of the doubt by the Federal Way Mirror about whether it was inferred by the aide-de-camp that I could expect the mayor's support for my Council candidacy, the Mirror left it hanging in the air that Truppner seemed to even deny that there was a phone call at all, let alone two or more.  Just joking, here, but where's the N.S.A. when you need them?  If Truppner is, in fact, denying a phone call, which the article with Raechel Dawson's byline seemed to suggest, his credibility would suddenly appear to be shakier than mine has been given the appearance to be, if phone logs were suddenly to pop up, and it certainly would be easier to prove the practical existence of such conversations than the content of them.

What the Mirror left out of the article however was the actual content, or analysis, of the forwarded emails that I sent to them, which pretty much indicated that I had at least one phone conversation with Truppner, so the Mirror should not be letting him get away with denying that there was even a phone conversation.  Even if the emails cannot conclusively prove there was, in fact, a conversation, they would at least help to stop giving the mayor and the mayor's aide-de-camp a no holds barred benefit of the doubt which they have been handed on a silver platter.
